About the owner
Kelli Muwumba is the owner of KRM Consulting Services. Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, Kelli grew up with her parents owning several small businesses. As a child, some of her fondest memories were of their booth at the iconic Albuqueruqe International Balloon Fiesta where she quickly got the bug to be a part of the small business scene. As she continued to grow up, her business experience and skills continued to be nurtured. It was upon attending the University of New Mexico for her Business degree that she started to desire coming alongside of companies in a consulting capacity.
After graduation, Kelli moved to Uganda where she lived and worked as a missionary for five years with Calvary Chapel. While there, she oversaw the planning of large scale youth events as well as facilitating opportunities for her students to serve their communities and surrounding villages. She also served as a consultant for a several companies, both those run by "westerners" and by Ugandans. She helped them develop their image as well as their customer service training. It was during her time in Uganda, that Kelli also met the love her life, an artist, named Davis Muwumba.
In October 2013, Kelli moved back to the States to begin a new season in returning to her passion for business. It is with that passion and life experience that she desires to come alongside of small businesses who need help developing direction and training in the areas of customer service and marketing.
Whether your business is just starting and you want help making sure you start on the right foot or your business has been around and after you've poured your blood, sweat, and tears into it, you're afraid that it could "flat line". Kelli wants to be a resource for business owners and help their businesses not only survive but to thrive.
